Exchange Unified Messaging

What Is EUM?

Exchange Unified Messaging (EUM) connects your UNH work phone to your Microsoft Exchange account. EUM allows your Exchange mailbox to be your central work station for email, missed phone calls, and voicemails. When you miss a phone call or receive a voicemail, you will receive an email message in your Exchange mailbox. EUM also enables you to check your Exchange mailbox and calendar, all from your UNH work phone.

Getting Started

Once an Exchange mailbox is enabled for Unified Messaging, the user will receive an email welcoming you to "Exchange Unified Messaging." This email confirms that your account has been activated for Unified Messaging and includes your temporary PIN. You will use this information to set up your personal EUM account.
